The only way i can see gamepass on playstation if they strip it down to something like only xbox 1st party games or something like that.

If they move activision to gamepass only I sure hope playstation starts considering getting gamepas.

Maybe something like Game Pass Core currently? 25 games or so included, bunch of Xbox exclusives included.
