For me this is the crucial moment when Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2, finds out he has TB... What about you?

The beginning of Horizon Zero Dawn, the montage where young Aloy jumps from one tree to another and "turns" into adult Aloy, along with the hauntingly beautiful soundtrack. I'm a 39 year old horror loving death metal fan but this moment made me tear up. I can't explain it.

Many many years earlier - that moment in FF7, plus the later sequence when we learn the truth about Cloud.

Last but not least the entire Grigori fight in Dragon's Dogma.
