For me this is the crucial moment when Arthur Morgan from Red Dead Redemption 2, finds out he has TB... What about you?

I can't think of a single game where you're given a diagnosis that you're going to die and then you watch yourself die.

Telltale Games' The Walking Dead.

I had a really hard time getting into that game, and I ended up putting it down for months. Randomly picked it up again and got to the farm, and just, what the fuck. Ended up buying all of them, eagerly waited for the last one, and the studio closes. Haven't gotten the courage around to say goodbye and finish that shit.

Oh true say! But that was episode 4. I felt like red dead 2 told us early with lots of hours left to go.

I mean before you even play the game you can make a pretty educated guess that he's going to die.

Thats the "redemption" part of red dead redemption. RDR1 follows the same basic formula at the root of it.

The main character is a bad person who robs and kills people for their own gain. After facing the reality and consequences of their past, they redeem themselves by sacrificing their life for someone else.
