I haven't played it in a while so my memory might be hazy.

Near the beginning of Haunting Ground, Fiona comes across a statue or effigy of a pregnant woman. A voice over the intercom says "That will be you".

Not many horror games will be straight-up go "You will be forced to have my child". Very visceral and it made me shudder.
