pretty much the title, if Madrid isn’t in for him anymore, who could afford him?, and where could he be the most successful?

He has the potential to be one of the greatest but I don’t see that happening at psg, as he won’t really be taken seriously until he plays in an actually competitive league

I don’t see him playing for Man City, Madrid seems fed up with his transfer antics, so where to?

We are among the only club that could afford him. I would like to have him in the club. He will never join. The club is a mess right now. Make no sense for him.

He’d be perfect but there is a 0% chance the club is nowhere near competing for big trophies and that’s even if we added Mbappe to the current crop.

But he could take it as a challenge take ManU back to top and its the ballon d'or for him

This is mbappe we’re talking about. No offence but Man Utd are only attracting players with the salary they can offer, nothing else. He’ll look at Pogba, Martial, Ronaldo… Going to Man Utd these days is risking your career

It’s not just salary, the player that returns United to former glory will have their name etched in the history books. So it’s also a big legacy chance, if he goes to Madrid and wins a CL it wouldn’t be like winning one for United after 10 years of mediocrity. Also United is probably the only club on Madrid/Barca level when it comes to brand power. So no, it’s not just salary. But ofc the sporting aspect is weak as the project at United is to put it frankly, shit.

That would be the case with any club? Man Utd have sir Alex to thank for the success and the clubs pedigree (I’m not saying you had no history before him). You were what Liverpool were before the fergie era, that’s where the brand comes from. But for the past 10 years Man Utd haven’t really had a sniff at their former glory, therefore the clubs influence is shrinking and the new generation of fans you would of gained are choosing Man City instead etc. On the contrary, the big names you still bring in probably are bringing in new fans but as every year goes by, the clubs domination of the prem and such is going to be forgotten. The fact the club has so much money and still can’t win anything is proof there’s something going seriously wrong at the club. Pair that with the careers of your players not being able to fully flourish despite being some of the best players in the world, you’d have to be nuts to choose a move to United over other top clubs these days. Therefore, I really don’t see Man Utd having anything to offer other than the salary they can offer.
