What game has the most anticlimactic ending? (alien.top)

Have you ever played a game that was absolutely phenomenal, but when you reached the ending, an extremely disappointing scene played out?

Dark Souls 1 definitely did that for me. Really not a big fan of both endings.

Buddy, im pretty sure that the idea of "You're expecting this grand final boss, and its just some rando old man trying to keep the dying world alive" is the point of Darksouls 1 is that

The boss fight isn't the issue (Gwyn is actually the saving grace in a rubbish final third of the game) but the final cutscenes are just boring. I think Dark Souls 2 did the same thing better with Aldia's ending.
