Or Zoo Tycoon. I used to let a few trex loose and wreck havoc. Or the occasional annoying visitor getting dropped in the shark tank.

Get Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 and download the OpenRCT2 Source Port which is best way to play the game on modern systems
