Help! Workout app gone (alien.top)

Just got the new iPhone 15 so my Apple Watch also was updated with the phone switch. With that said, I noticed the workout app is gone. I didn’t delete it and I can’t seem to download it from the App Store. Anyone have similar problems, know what to do?
