Is the apple watch safe to be used in a hot sauna ? (alien.top)

Hi

I normally take my watch off when going to the hot sauna and steam room, however I noticed some people come in wearing their apple watches, I keep wondering if this is safe especially for the battery to be exposed to such high temperatures and for the watch electronics overall ?

I still think it is unsafe but correct me if I’m wrong

You guys are talking out of your asses. I took my aw 7 to the sauna at least 3 times a week for a year. No problem. Now the ultra 2 has no problems. I also take a cold shower in between sauna reps and it's fine. Is it the best thing you can do to the aw? No. But it will work just fine
