I've got a very short layover weekend here and I don't know what type of clothing is most suitable. What do the locals wear this time of year and what is the rain gear like? I'm new to South America and don't want to look like a tourist if I can help it.

The weather here is very unpredictable. Be prepared for 20-25C and rain.

It might also be very sunny. There's no way to know
