The brand is Kühl. This is the closest I could find currently available on their site: https://www.kuhl.com/kuhl/mens/outerwear/ms-arktik-jacket/?color=DARK%2520KHAKI
Thanks! Way over my budget though.
If you want to search for alternatives, it's a faux-shearling or "sherpa"-lined parka. Many of the cheap ones are only lined in the hood or on the collar, though, which... sucks. True shearling is a leather product, it'll probably cost more than this secondhand, so don't worry about that.

Levi's does sherpa-lined trucker jackets for relatively cheap: https://www.nordstrom.com/s/levis-high-pile-fleece-trim-trucker-jacket/6473661?origin=keywordsearch-personalizedsort&breadcrumb=Home%2FAll%20Results&color=200, https://www.nordstrom.com/s/levis-fleece-denim-trucker-jacket/5685556?origin=keywordsearch-personalizedsort&breadcrumb=Home%2FAll%20Results&color=421

Oh, and if you're more into the style of the parka shell and don't care as much about shearling... IDK, the north face, alpha industries, uniqlo, abercrombie.
Thanks!
I really like the rugged and military-ish look on the one I posted. I don't generally care much for fashion per-se, but certain pieces of clothing catch my attention every now and then. Now I'm mostly wearing military surplus jackets and though great value, not anywhere as nice looking as this one.
Yeah, check Alpha Industries in general, or Bronson. An M65 is always cool. Or you can look for a sherpa-lined flight jacket like this, but that one's not that cool, I was thinking more... well, check these out
