My own imagination as a person from Boston: The MBTA is waiting to see if this works. If it does, it shall find ways to become more indebted. Orange line, be prepared to continue with the status quo. Power out at Maverick. Again, I'm just adding imagined things of my own. Nothing here in my comment is factual.
