Meet Petunia. She is served as a 14oz prime rib, medium rare (which actually was more rare). Accompanying her is a creamy garlic mash, broccoli and a garlic sauce. To the side (not pictured) is a smoked Gouda mac and cheese and to drink, a Distinguished Gentleman consisting of bourbon, cherry liqueur and garnished with a cherry and orange peel served over an ice sphere.

Coming shortly is a creme brulee to close out the evening.

Petunia looks like she lived a great, delicious life.

In reality petunia (bless her keratin hooves) spent her life wandering around a feedlot.

Hey HEY!! Petunia lived in the west wing (The Petunia Wing) of the famous chef's villa. She had custom made Cow Nikes to make walking on the marble floors squishy and was potty trained. She will be SORELY missed by her family and friends.
