I thought the original was pretty but otherwise forgettable. What's consensus among viewers for the sequel? Great? Worth watching if you're bored? Skip?

I enjoyed it well enough at the time, though it didn't leave much of an impression on me afterwards

A weird thing I realised, though โ€” the visuals of the CGI forests and oceans don't really do anything for me personally (though many others seem to like them a lot, and I'm sure they are very technically impressive!). But... I absolutely loved the CGI spaceship shots at the very beginning. More of those please!
