I’ve cooked the lamb mince just as it’s ticked over to the expiration day.

A little worried but I had put it immediately into the coldest part of the fridge on arrival and it was there 3 days until I had spare energy. It then got cooked thoroughly.

That’s the thing… raw meat always smells bad to me so I genuinely can’t tell.
