There are games with resal time and tile-based movement (Age of Empires 1, Warcraft 1), but all those I remember are not single character (à la roguelike).

Do you know any game in which you control a single character that has real-time and tile-based movement?

There's Legend of Grimrock. It's real time, tile based first person dungeon crawler. You have a party of four though, crammed into one tile.

And many genes from the 80s and 90s that it's modeled after. Main one that comes to mind is Stonekeep
