Really? I always thought the deli was much more expensive than the homebrand 500g packs.

Deli normally cheaper for fresh chicken too (eg chicken breasts/thighs/pieces). And bacon. And ..... everything?

$9 a kilo at Coles. I don't know about Woolies because I'd have to travel 5 minutes extra and I don't want to.

Oh ok, thanks for checking.

I think from memory Aldi is 2.29 for 500g and right now at Woolies it's $3 for 500g which is cheaper.
