I've been doing Phraks Greyskull LP for the past couple months with the main goal of getting stronger in all of my lifts, but with the sub-goal of a 225lb squat so I could have a number to reach for.
Previously I've done StrongLifts, and I was able to hit a 225lb squat in the past using that program, but stopped training soon after and hadn't been in the gym for over a year until starting this program. I think I lost motivation because I'm only able to workout after the kids go to bed, and the gym was too far of a drive, and the workouts were too long. It felt like I had no time to relax on those days. So I found a gym that's much closer, and picked a program that has me doing 3x5 instead of 5x5 for all my lifts. I feel much better with my current setup.
I'm a 31yo male 5' 11''. My starting weight was 205lbs, but I've lowered it to right around 195lbs since starting.
Here's my progress:

That's an awesome achievement! Keep up the good work, stay locked in and the next PR is coming your way!
