Makes me wonder if there's a safe way to fill a box with bed bugs.

Like inside? Shirley toilet paper is safe to use on the outside.

I used Manjaro in 2015 for about a year before switching to Arch and sticking with that for a long time. Recently I tried EndeavorOS for a few months, then I switched to Void just to try it.

I can solidly recommend either Arch or Void.

My experience with big release distros was like that. I rarely had an upgrade complete without issue. Rolling release has been good to me so far. Granted, this was 10 years ago and things gave probably gotten better since.

Yeah they do. Would you believe me if i said giving up social media is harder than giving up nicotine?

I somehow replaced reddit with instagram reels and youtube shorts.

Maybe it's that there's not many examples of architecture built by white people that seem humanly impossible.

I've heard theories that stone henge was supernatural. (Like the other guy said)

Does reincarnation begin at conception?

Yeah definitely. I read so many horror stories on reddit when i first started a year or so ago. Fortunately nothing negative for me so far.

Lol, i just posted a comment here. Almost the exact same experience. What's funny is that even if you do smoke, the effect of nocotine is so dulled while on Welbutrin that you basically get nothing out of it.

If you're not opposed to medications, bupropion (brand name zyban) helped me. My cravings lessened almost immediately. Nicotine also feels like it has little to no effect since I started, which was honestly kind of a bummer to find out when I fell off the wagon.

I get medication isn't for everyone, but just putting what worked for me out there. Funny enough, I didn't even start taking it for smoking cessation. That's just one thing Bupropion can be used to treat. It was a two birds one stone kinda situation.

I've been doing Phraks Greyskull LP for the past couple months with the main goal of getting stronger in all of my lifts, but with the sub-goal of a 225lb squat so I could have a number to reach for.

Previously I've done StrongLifts, and I was able to hit a 225lb squat in the past using that program, but stopped training soon after and hadn't been in the gym for over a year until starting this program. I think I lost motivation because I'm only able to workout after the kids go to bed, and the gym was too far of a drive, and the workouts were too long. It felt like I had no time to relax on those days. So I found a gym that's much closer, and picked a program that has me doing 3x5 instead of 5x5 for all my lifts. I feel much better with my current setup.

I'm a 31yo male 5' 11''. My starting weight was 205lbs, but I've lowered it to right around 195lbs since starting.

Here's my progress:

exercise start current notes
Squat 3x5 155lb 225lb
Bench 3x5 125lb 185lb
Deadlift 1x5 185lb 255lb
Pendlay Row 3x5 115lb 165lb
Overhead Press 3x5 85lb 115lb I can't get this to budge

Next number to reach for is a 275lb squat!
