Now that she is retired, and has back trouble, all she does is sit/lie on the couch and watch youtube. Mainly it's Lex Friedman and Scott Ritter, but also the guy who co-wrote the Israel Lobby. After sitting out the last three presidential elections, she proudly voted for Trump. I use public transportation and have for my entire adult life, the last time we talked about problems with transit she said we should do like Musk says and privatize it. She is fascinated with that and when I finally gave up trying to reason with her, is when she told me at least Trump will reduce harm by ending the war in Ukraine.
