The crying of lot 49. I don't think I've read a book that sets up one premise and pivots to something else so quickly. It's impressive how much is packed into such a short book. I feel like I need to read about it then read it again
That was one of the few books I had to study that I actually enjoyed.
What did you study it for? I stopped studying books in highschool and looking at any Pynchon then seems like a wild idea
It was at uni for an English Literature subject. I did 2 and a bit years of a bachelor of arts and dropped out.
