Longbow because of faster reload times. I'm a terrible shot, so I need all the advantages that I can get.

If it's on the table, though, I'd go for a Mongol-style composite shortbow. Same draw strength, but far more portable. And this is under the assumption that the cams in a compound bow are witchcraft, so we're stuck with full-on 75-85 pound draw here.
