I wish I had started at a high dose off the bat instead of fucking myself over on the first few crucial years with low and inconsistent doses.
I wish I was skinnier/more comfortable with my weight so I could feel fine gaining weight for HRT affects.
I sometimes wish I was just ace so I could have that as an excuse for my hang ups with physical intimacy.
weight
i feel you on the weight thing. i've tried putting on some kilos a few times to maybe speed up some effects, but it just makes me feel gross and big and I get cold feet almost instantlyspoiler
yeah, I'd need to be on the lower end of a healthy bmi before I'd feel copmfortblespoiler
that's where i feel good as well. it's when my bmi starts to push above 20 that I chicken out. If I'm gonna do it I think I just need to not step on a scale until i've cycled up and gotten down again.I'm just gonna get to my goal weight, or close, and then start cycling
spoiler
I'm just trying to get back to not obese after the usual summer weight gain right now, but would like to at least get down to a BMI of 25 - not sure if I've been that low since Elementary school though (maybe briefly after a growth spurt?). Haven't been physically active that much since the summer, so didn't start really losing weight until about 2 weeks ago. Do still want to get back to being physically active though, separate from weight loss. Can't imagine intentionally weight gaining anytime soon, but since I seasonally unintentionally gain weight, I guess that doesn't matter.
