comPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOST

giant bed dug out, time to fill it with rotting veggies and compost soil and half rotted wood and old shredded mulch and worms hit and chicken poop and humus plus and all sorts of wonderful things so I can stuff my banananananna plant in

If my sister can grow banananananas in Jacana, then you can too where you are. Hers even ripened and were edible if not quite as good as Qld ones. That was last summer, which wasn't ideal weatherwise. Best of fortune for your banananananas.

I grew some bananas here in Carlton. Just make sure you have the right kind of banana, not all are edible.
