Can you explain what villi is/does and why letting it regenerate is important?

Little fingers in your lungs which passively sweep out stuff that makes its way in. They will be immobile for several days after being stunned by smoke.

Also smoking can pop or clog alveoli, which is a quick shortcut to infection. They cannot grow back, so your cardiopulmonary system will permanently be a tiny bit less efficient forever.

Thank you for the explanation, I didn't know about the risk to alveoli either. Very informative.

This is a shit example but imagine walking a path through grass every day vs every four days except if the grass dies, you die

Tl;dr just vape! It’s less harmful, more efficient (you’re not literally burning money), and you can use the vaped bud for fun edibles or tinctures

Oh, this isn't an issue for vaping? Cool, that's what I have right now anyway.

Good vapes don't get hot enough to be harmful and don't contain combustion products. Really good vapes have as little as possible besides the concentrate

They're the little cellular hairs that sweep all the dust and mites and tar out of your trachea/bronchioles. Smoking literally burns them short/covers them in tar and they have to grow out again.
