I’ve just eaten almost a whole bag of Doritos and as a consequence am no longer hungry enough to have motivation to cook dinner. Maybe a toasted sandwich will do for today, with some fruit after. Healthy eating starts again tomorrow.

I’ve done that. It’s so easy to keep eating a bag of chips without stopping and before you know it the whole thing is gone.

I put some chips in a little bowl and put a clip on the bag and put bag away

I may have eaten a packet of chips and a whole family block of chocolate at work today (it was not a good day).

I just walked for an hour to get a bag of Coles brand corn chips. I feel you. But I'm saving them for tomorrow.
