now I don't recommend or trust this site as hormones seem dangerous to mess with and I probably shouldn't be trusted with needles but here's something related. Use at own risk I guess https://diyhrt.wiki/

edit: apparently estrogen is literally only $200 a year?? I thought it would be thousands, go figure.
