Perhaps one of those thoughts might be "I don't want this to happen again." or POSSIBLY IF WE'RE FEELING WILD "I will work to prevent this from happening again." AND IF WE WANT TO SHAKE UP THE WORLD "I will use my power as governor to work to prevent this from happening again." and the revolutionarily spirited "I will use my power as governor to work to enact popular policy to prevent this from happening again."
