Is there like a barbarianboo community somewhere? I feel like there's been a recent spike in counter-jerk.
It would be nice for them to have a community too, but they're absolutely welcome here as long as they're on topic (even if on the wrong side of the topic, filthy barbarians) and in the (light-hearted) spirit of the community!
Yeah, no hate (well, except as a LOYAL ROMAN CITIZEN). I was more thinking that things could be expanding. I bet there's a subr*ddit for every reasonably well-known ancient world culture.
Part of the issue is that historylemmy is a little understaffed at the moment. As more activity spins up, specific communities will become more viable!
Yep. I've found there's still more than enough to interact with, but Lemmy is a little lean on everything except IT for now.
