He told the BBC's Today programme that the valuation was "not just a UK issue" but a "broader European issue".

Tldr: everyone else thought it was worth less than the company thought. So they are taking their toys to the US to try again.

Don’t blame them, look at NASDAQ it’s about to hit a new high, meanwhile over here our markets are completely flat for months.
