My maintenance budget isn’t 1300, at least according to an online calculator, it said my TDEE should be around 1500-1600.
If you're 50 kg or less, you do not need to lose weight. Especially if you do literally any exercise like a few brisk walks a week. No one can make you do it, but I strongly suggest you get an irl health professional to help make a healthy weight plan. 1000 calories is not enough and the possibility of developing electrolyte imbalances and essential nutrient deficiencies remain. You do not need to restrict this much to be a healthy weight.
Would you make someone else eat the way you do?
I’m not 50kg, that’s just my goal weight.
Idk if that’s where you are getting that from or if you ran some numbers in a different calculator that said I should be 50kg to have that TDEE.
I know your height and your calorie goal
Idk what that tells you tho
