I'm glad you're feeling ok about it. I will say if you genuinely feel like you have adequate energy it's likely you are undercounting somewhat to hit the 1000 figure, even at your height. (which is a GOOD thing please don't take this as a sign to eat even less) plus most people's maintenance numbers are a bit higher than what they think/what the calculators spit out unless you're literally bedridden. so if you feel fine you probably are fine. you obviously know yourself better and sorry if I came across overly prescriptive. but just sayin a strict true 1000/day ain't healthy.
Honestly, I wouldn't trust myself. Sometimes I can go all day without eating, get home at like 10pm, and burn like 1000+ calories in exercise and still not feel like I'm really lacking in food. Of course I do eat anyways because I know not to trust my body.
