One of their chat moderators had been moderating anything trans users said regarding being trans as sexual content and had gone on some transphobic screeds iirc. And the devs did very little in response.

Also seems I slightly misremembered and it was also an autoban, so a lot worse than I remembered. In my defense this happened 2 years ago though and I forgor.
Edit: Oh and the fuckers' followup was not to tighten down on their moderators to make them not shits, but to close the global chat entirely instead. God I forgot just how shit this whole affair was.
