I'm not watching an hour and a half video, does he address the fatality rate?
Yeah it really can't be overstated how dangerous they are, 6/6 of the motorcycle riders I know have been in hospital for injuries sustained while riding, two of which were permanent (a limp and back pain). Part of that is the dominance of cars but I don't see that changing any time soon. And if we need dedicated infrastructure, we might as well just go straight to cycling.
Yes, starting about 34 minutes in. The main point is that cars are safer for their occupants specifically at the expense of the safety of everyone around them, while motorcycles are the other way around.
