This article is so fucking funny. "Yes, Ansar Allah said they're responsible for this attack, yes, all the evidence points towards them being responsible for this attack, but are we really sure it was them, really?" It really feels like whoever wrote this piece is really trying to minimize how capable Ansar Allah are, especially since they blame "human error" (by the Israelis) for the lack of warning about the attack when Ansar Allah has said this is a new type of drone that is undetectable by radar.
I guess I'm just more willing to take Ansar Allah at their word than whoever wrote this article, and I find it deeply amusing how much hedging you have to do if you refuse to believe that Ansar Allah is capable of doing the things they say they're doing.
I for one encourage the west to continue fatally underestimating their enemies.
The only thing I'm suspicious of is a prop-driven drone having a low radar profile - my understanding was that props are pretty much giant radar reflectors for all intents and purposes
it probably helped a lot that it was flying at an altitude of like... 5 to 10 meters

yeah after more reflection that drone made a big boom and is small enough that how much fuel or battery could it really carry? maybe it was launched from a speedboat in the med
I imagine detection would be a lot harder if it were launched closer as well, wonder if the yemenis will spill the details eventually
Those drones have reported ranges of 1500-1800km, so 2000 isn't so unbelievable.
Didn't a couple of them (yemenis) allegedly break into Gaza
They released a video of them training to enter Gaza, but I never heard of them actually entering (yet)
