I assume this is foods that are high in protein and not literal protein?? This is how much I consume every day but it's only attainable with protein powder

Yes that number is incredibly high. That is almost the average for bodybuilders (I'm guesstimating) and not everyone in China is a bodybuilder (yet).

It literally is !! i aim for like 100 Grams of protein a day and try to let the rest of my diet make up for the rest. 120 is insanely high without supplements and special consideration
