Take it one step further, create the new one and turn on forwarding, and just have it forwarded to your primary so you still only need to monitor 1 account. Although I feel like anyone doing this will probably forget it was forwarded and just reply using the NSFW email...
Forward the dumb email to the better one, then.
They're not free, you're paying for it somehow. Still not a bad idea to have more than one though.
