@sbb "Nobody" is a strong generalization. There are some people who love taking care of other people, while there are some people who can't even tolerate the burden of a house pet.

Isn't it ironic.... that we all left reddit because 3rd party apps were being killed off, and came to a place where there are no 3rd party apps. in c/showerthoughts@kbin.social

The reasons we used third-party apps were to avoid ads, bots, big brother. I'm personally looking forward to the fediverse making an app though.

kbin, lemmy, saidit, aagh I've established so many logins everywhere to try to replace the void that uSpez has created in my life, and this "fediverse" is complex & unsatisfying to my idle mind that just wants to relax in idle moments.
