@pre Non-tech folks legislating about tech is never going to be good. The USB-C law the EU passed is only about the physical shape of the plug. I have loads of devices with plugs in that shape that won’t charge with a 20-watt adapter, but they are within the law. I can’t wait until that sinks into the lives of those clueless lawmakers. They are _still_ going to need multiple cables and adapters, but now they will all look alike!
