Yeah, because it concerned me with my large collection of CDs I can remember warnings decades ago they were estimated to have a seven year life span. I'm pleased to say all mine have well and truly surpassed the seven year mark.

I don’t see an indication of a plot,

With a spoiler that large right in front of you staring at you with goofy eyes as the piglins run past in the overworld!? I will predict the plot revolves around our Jumanjiesque heros saving the overworld from the horror of the underworld that is spilling over or released into the overworld. They will save Steve and Alex and go on to save the world through teamwork!

Agreed.

"I've been in HR since '95, so yeah, I'm old, lol. Noticed a shift in how we view old social media posts? Those wild nights you don't remember but got posted? If they're at least a decade old, they're not as big a deal now. But if it was super illegal, immoral, or harmful, you're still in trouble.

As for nudes, they can be both the problem and the solution.

To sum it up, like in the animate movie 'The Incredibles': 'If everyone's special, then no one is.' If no image can be trusted, no excuse can be doubted. 'It wasn't me' becomes the go-to, and nobody needs to feel ashamed or suicidal over something fake that happens to many.

Of course, this is oversimplifying things in the real world but society will adjust. People won't kill themselves over this. It might even be a good thing for those on the cusp of AI and improper real world behaviours - 'Its not me. Its clearly AI, I would never behave so outrageously'.

I'm with you. There are some things in life that are just obvious without having to be told. You don't go around punching workmates in the face and they don't specifically have to put that in the onboarding. You don't walk around a kid's playground with no pants. You don't continue to accept nudes from other people after you start a relationship.

What was the point of this? The disturbing sex? More insecurity and perhaps a desire to "own" it or an effort to rewrite your history. She makes the most recent memory of doing this stuff with her. This is now the predominant memory when you think about that sex.

Do I bring this up?

Depends, I guess. I'd want to know if she has gotten this out of her system or if this is just the start of it. I can't believe she has just purged her insecurities just like that. Make-up sex is hardly likely to have changed some basic personality flaws. You're hardly likely to get the real answers you want either.

Is she actually fine now or is there still an issue?

I reckon there is still an issue. She might have gotten some of it, much of it, out of her system. But as they say, forewarned is forearmed.

I basically don't have one. I shave with a safety razor and the shaving soaps have a higher fat content compared to can foam. Wash with a flannel and Lux soap once in a while in the shower I use Nivea Hydrating Day Cream.

I blame the wine for my singular/plural confusion.

I can't even tell which is which. Based on the beef patties I had last night, the right is the meat. But the left could be meat too - but cooked by a heathen on a very very low grill. But as you say, who cares if it tastes great? I don't even need Beyond meat to taste like meat if it tastes delicious.
