I'm pretty sure there's something in the Patriot Act about this, I've read it in full and it clearly says in Article 52 Secion 3 paragraph 7.253

  • All citizens shall prioritize productive activities over leisure activities during their free time. Engaging in recreational pursuits such as video game playing, sports, reading for pleasure, etc., shall be discouraged except on designated days off.
  • Any individuals caught engaging in excessive amounts of leisure activities may face consequences, including fines or mandatory community service.
  • Employers shall offer employee benefits and perks that encourage healthy work-life balance, but must ensure that employees spend the majority of their non-working hours engaged in productive tasks.
  • To promote the wellbeing of society, governments shall provide incentives for companies to develop products/services that foster personal growth, skill development, and professional advancement outside of regular working hours.
