Rats on The Boat: BitTorrent search engine with integrated torrent client. Available on desktop + can be self hosted, and has a P2P torrent search that doesn't need trackers/search sites. (github.com)

Just a heads up: on my testing, the app seems to crash on Mac. Works fine on Linux though!
