@testing self-boost feels yucky, so I canceled it out as a user.

As a moderator I encourage you to post when you find cool stuff!

As just a user, I almost always downvote when I see a self-boost or self-favorite. Like, if you didn't self-boost I probably would have boosted and favorited. Nothin' personal.

Nah, you're doing a great job! I'll continue to enjoy it as a normal user.

#kbin Settings->Reports not working... am I the only one or is this a known issue?

Oh! You got moderator from me! I'm glad you got it. I liked what you did, and didn't get rid of any of your posts while I had moderator there. There were some old posts that didn't fit with the conservation/nature/culture theme... I'm glad it's in the hands of someone with a vision for the magazine. ;-)

Dr. Joel Fleischman?

@lowdownfool The author(s) only mention D&D, Sorcerer, and Elfs as inspiration. I've played it with people IRL and it very much makes the players contributors to in-session worldbuilding. So much so that I had to start pulling back on pre-designing too much detail into the scenarios that PCs were confronted with. After a few extra successes on their "tests", they start to define facts in the game-world. I felt like this was actually inviting me as the GM into the gameplay in a very active way.

Is anyone making an effort to de-RedHat their Ansible ecosystem?

@Elevator7009 Hey, useful information? Thank you stranger!

Is it possible currently to post multiple images for a single article? I mean other than just a link to an imgur album, etc.

If we're talking about D&D 5e, here's one of my favorites. "So many activities! It's making my head spin, how many activities we could do."

I've been playing this recently at the table. It's insane and dice-heavy in so many ways, but then so lightweight when it comes to character maintenance activity. Any discussion we could have here about this game would bring me a measurement level of joy.

Kbin is under development... Why is the boost being used instead of upvote? I have no idea, but I do suspect a series of events definitely occurred for ernest to end up here. Will it change in the future, who am I to say?

[–] skepickle@kbin.social 8 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Yeah, but that's just tacky ;-)

Boosts count as positive reputation currently.

Cis- is just a prefix from latin meaning "on the same side"... the vatican should sue Twitter.

Red Hat is bringing generative AI to Ansible, teaming up with parent company IBM, to make it easier to build automations.

This seems like a bad idea, but I might be biased.

Who would read this figure in an academic paper on emotion modeling and immediately start thinking of how to use it for ttrpg social encounters... and has two thumbs?

This guy!
