Try add port to proxy and check http://localhost:82

      - 82:80
      - 1236:1236
      - 8536:8536

looks like you don't have folders for pictrs and postgres eg.

volumes: - ./volumes/pictrs

edit yml again :)

in yml instead

build:
   context: ../
   dockerfile: docker/Dockerfile

use:

image: dessalines/lemmy:0.17.4

or selfhost lemmy (this comment is for test)
