They did combined them. I own doom 2 on steam and they gave me doom and doom2 with this update.

Yeah I didn't even know the partial invisibility would make you fully invisible on magenta
It is actually a solo netgame where the other players are the right and left view.
I played with plan 9. It was pretty neat, and was able to setup a remote drawterm session.
