Interesting way to view AI. A development of the means of production that, in a way, proletarianizes artists.
It makes you think about what our stance on AI's development at lemmygrad should be.

Ludwig, who is normally not considered a part of breadtube, did a really cool thing. He made his company that organizes events for youtubers and streamers a workers co-op.
In the video he said he is doing it to help the company last longer and share the success with the workers since he is already rich enough.

I think it's pretty cool.

Neoliberalism was the natural evolution of the previous system so that it could keep satisfying the need of the ruling class.
Industrial capitalism was at it's end and we now that because the way a society is organized is decided by the social and economic condition of that society.
Labour was getting weaker and growth was stopping, so the system naturally changed to allow the bourgeoise to keep enriching itself as much as possible. I believe it's not good for Marxists to talk positively about past capitalist systems that lead us to our current situation, the road that history took was not random.

Oh yes, if you need some video ideas I'm not sure how popular this is outside of italians living abroad but I saw some people watching videos of how some Italian cities have "degraded".
I'm pretty sure this channel are pretty far right, like they go in places where a lot of poor people (mostly black) live and try to get them to say that the reason they aren't getting a job is because of drugs and being aggressive.
It really feels like they try to dehumanize them.
I don't remember the name of couple of YouTube channels that do this kind of video that I saw them watching but you can probably fine them on YouTube.

With the way they discuss social issues, I'm 99.9% sure they are a pipeline to fascism so a video showing that they are and telling people what the actual solution is could help.

Hi fellow Italian communist.
I personally have started living abroad as the job market in Italy, as you know, is extremely bad (all of the people that replied to my resume wanted me to work for free for like 2-3 months which I think is unacceptable).
Were I work now I found a lot of Italians that also got out of Italy but they are full of lib brainworms. Also like almost none of them speak any English.
Sometimes we have discussions about the state of things and they agree with me on workplace democracy, the rich class being a huge issue but if you even name socialism (let alone communism), you can see them get horrified by the idea.

I tried to send them some videos for radical leftist YouTube channels but all the ones I know of are in English and as I said, most of them don't speak almost any English (how they survive abroad ? I have no idea).

If you end up making a channel that targets this type of people, tell me the name of the channel so maybe I can get some of the videos I think would work on them around.

I guess we got lucky (for now).

(Sorry for any possible English mistake, I thought about this and wanted to read someone's idea on or against it but I can't find if there is a movement like it and what it would be called)

Like, we probably all agree that we are against capitalism but in order to achieve socialism (or directly communism) you must first develop the proletarian class as it is what is going to start the revolution.

So is there something like anarcho-communism, where they are opposed to having a socialist state as a way to develop communism, but that still believes in the importance of a socialist state in a utilitarian way to develop it's own group of revolutionaries ?

An idea according to which a socialist state will never achieve communism (for whatever reason, like the small difference between classes under socialism before it turns into communism that might become reactionaries and roll back change even under a dictatorship of the proletariat or something else) but there is going to be one more revolution starting from the (relative) bottom in the socialist state.

Because from my basic understanding of ML for example, the transition between socialism and communism is supposed to be smooth. But maybe I'm wrong ? Feel free to correct me on anything.

(Not in the USA but in Bulgaria)

Let's start by saying that I work in customer support for a company that employs us full time but then subcontract us to other companies.

In my case I'm a contractor for one of the GAFAM companies (I don't think I can say exactly what product for legal reasons) and in our project they just announced to some people (and will inform the rest of them in the next few days) that a lot of workers will be fired as they are introducing more AI support (which is obviously worse for the customer, i've seen the tests they are doing) starting from next month.

I'm not sure this is enough time to fight to create a union especially considering how past fights to unionize as contractors for this company went (We would likely loose some other clients as well with the protests and unionization)

My job is very likely not at risk right now but obviously there will be no more promotions and probably no pay raise as they will just say they can't due to AI competition or something. Also a lot of my collogues will be fired.

Probably if everyone in my project that knows about this things doesn't get involved somehow nothing will happen since for now it's just our part of this company project even though very clearly it's going to be all of them at some point.

What should I do to help my fellow workers ? Would it actually be possible to unionize when only some projects are currently affected ? Or should I just try to raise class awareness as much as possible to make the people that will remain more active about their condition in the future ?

I just realized I've never seen or heard of a Chinese movie. Not just filmed in China but also written and produced by a Chinese company. Is there any good one with English dub or sub ?
