I find negative reviews are a lot more scathing and off putting too, mostly because those who have a bad product are much louder about it

I remember the insane parachute thing, the speculation in what it stood for (Murder Death Kill?)

I’m ashamed to say I’m still using Reddit

Perhaps subscribe to communities that aren't for porn!

I think the problem with your suggestion is that NSFW-ness more of a spectrum.

  • Memes are NSFW if you're under micromanagement and time pressure.
  • Porn is NSFW if you're working in a childcare centre.

Meanwhile both are SFW if you're in your pyjamas and working from home.

Luckily there is an actual end-game, about 100 hours in! Basically when there's nothing left to exploit haha.

I'm waiting for the combat update before I play a new round.

Yes! It hasn't increased my playtime at all!

After Dyson Sphere Program, I don't need anymore games...

This is so much more impactful than the Reddit blackouts. I feel a great loss.

I’m less driven by philosophy and more driven but whatever is available to use via my phone apps

Fellow Aussie, I understand your pain

Reddit quality has markedly deteriorated in my opinion.

Maybe it’s just my imagination.

Basically everything works but the content is less engaging!

I’ve reached a weird sort of critical mass where steam sales no longer provide me with dopamine

Yeah I mostly jumped headfirst into Affinity because it wasn't subscription based!

On the readme, creator David Bures says to follow him on socials to get the roadmap of melm, but I have no idea which socials (mastodon feed is just has changelogs mixed with other stuff), and his personal site is not in English.

I'm looking for if I can:

  • List account notifications on post replies (so I can respond to them from my phone)
  • Creating posts
