I still just want to mark something as read, not necessarily vote one way or the other on it.

Omg, I'm just waiting until Firefox just refuses to "use a secure password" for Workday. I think I'm up to 50 + logins

Something IT-ish, I'm a Data Engineer

Today was the last day of my employment. I've hit LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glass door. What else should I do?

Unless you are right on the other car's bumper, you should have plenty of time to react accordingly even if they just slow down.

Ahh! Thank you so much! I've been trying to remember what the chalupa was called for months.

I'm struggling with teenagers being enjoyable, both of mine were monsters. They are adults and doing well now, but I wouldn't re-do the teenage years if you paid me. I'm glad your experience was much better.

So, I have a few family members getting on in age and they are worried about the same thing. In one instance, they hired a house cleaner to come on once a week, just purley my happenstance, but she is able to let us know if said family member feels "a little off base"

And then the grandkids show up....it's like amping up the feelings for my kids x10

I have been reading a lot lately about not wearing outside shoes in the house and it interests me even more because I've been saving to re-carpet my whole house. It hits me every now and then about how to do things though, like, say I'm cooking all day on Sunday then need to take the trash out. I'm assuming it's change shoes, then say the grandkids stop by and want to go go for a bike ride? I'm assuming it's change shoes. I guess maybe what I'm asking is how many baskets by how many doors with how many pairs of slip-ons (both indoor and out) do I need?

I WFH, every year one of the goals that the rest of the team decides is that it's "so great" to see each other in person. The past few years haven't worked out but one did. I spent hours in a couple of airports, the huge expense for the company, I spent days away from my family, and for what? So you could look me in my same face you would see if we turned cameras on every once in a while? My husband says I'm being weird, but I legitimately want to know, what is the benefit? I hate being there and have to play nice so you can.....look me even closer in the face?

I want to use pi-hole and it comes highly recommended to use raspberry pi to cover the house and have an always on capability. I started looking at just starter packages at Amazon and they don't come with a monitor, which it looks like you need. How do I do this? I want a raspberry pi to run pi-hole to protect my house.

Edit: Thank you all so much for the tips and all the different ways to get this up and going , I am officially on my pi-hole journey!

I love the show One Strange Rock, I know Will Smith has pretty much lost his noodle, but c'mon, couldn't there be a different host and still listen to the astronauts? Has @astropettit made it here yet? Are there any other shows that offer a look from the astronauts point of view?

I'm not sure where to post the code, I don't want to make anyone irritated, but I need legit help with my SQL. Is this the right place? If not, what is the right community?
