I really agree with this. I’m a relatively new fan and her lyricism, both for relatability and appreciation at the sheer skill of it, is really what drew me in.

Having moved to Oregon from a state where I could pump my own gas, nothing could annoy me more than the gas station.
I agree, it feels cheap and pointless. If we wanted Reddit content that badly we’d still be on Reddit.
I agree with this. I had 2 CBT therapists before my current therapist and both times it felt really condescending/invalidating to me. Questions like “have you considered that your anxiety is not rational?” felt really off the mark and when I said “yeah of course I know it’s not rational,” they didn’t have anything to add beyond that. It wasn’t helpful to me at all.
I agree. Being directed by Peter Jackson is not the slam dunk it once was (in my mind). I know the Hobbit was a mess for several reasons that weren’t his fault, but there was plenty he did have control over that I didn’t like.
