the cause of homelessness is pretty fucking obviously the price of homes, the fucking audacity to look at hundreds of thousands of employed people with otherwise normal lives who just cant afford to have a roof over their heads and proclaim that it is because they have mental health or drug problems rather than the self evident explanation that its corporate greed, its just something else.

supposedly thats what politicians and lawyers and consultants are for, asking random people for the details of massive social programs, as a general argument against said programs seems kinda fucking stupid. Not saying most people are dumb to be clear we arent, its just that by the very nature of expertise most people dont have it on any particular area.

but unhoused reflects the fact that it is a societies duty to house its people, houseless like homeless leave it up to interpretation, whereas unhoused makes it more clear that this is a failing of the system not of individual people.

because they can get away with it corporations are always pushing the boundaries of how shitty they can be, and we have arrived at maximum shit for now, until they figure out some new horrible thing to do. There is no going back people have accepted the shit and corporations wont give it up, the only hope is regulation. But there is, not exactly a silver lining since its not a side effect of the shit but there is is lack of shit in some places, AA games and indie games are just fine and they are putting out some of the best games ever made with no shit at all, its just "AAA" mainly that is shitty.

u will probably feel less welcomed if u arent white and male and a rightoid in 4chan than reddit but honestly not by much, i think the critical difference is that on reddit u can filter ur experience so all the shits stains hang out in their own subs and the normal people avoid them, but im not sure if that is actually better, because it permits a site which is at least tolerant of some of the shittiest ideologies and prejudices around to be main stream while everyone rightfully regards 4chan as what it truly is.
